Chemistry for All: Revisited

Well, would you look at the time -- time for another Revisited post! Everybody, load up into our blogging time machine, and let us travel into the past to revisit those worthy blogs that deserve another mention. Then, we will come back to our own time, and see how they are now. We will even go into the future, to predict how they will turn out.

The Revisited feature today is all about Chemistry for All, which actually was not "Chemistry for All" back when I reviewed it here on Blogographer. Way back in the yesteryears of July 2011, this particular blog went by the name "Life in General," and though the name has changed, the look and feel have not. After all, why fix something that is not broken, right?

Wordsmith

I have always been a personal fan of writing. Ever since I was young, I always felt more expressive in the literary arts than the visual ones. While I have a healthy respect for all art forms, I feel a kinship to writing that I have never felt with another form of artistic expression. Perhaps this is because of my passion for reading as well, considering the two go hand-in-hand.

At any rate, out of my deep respect for the power of writing, I have chosen today's feature blog, Wordsmith. According to the writer on his About page for the blog, "I am a wordsmith. I need to practise my writing, so I am attempting to write a short story every day for a year. Some will be bad, some will be good, all will be written in a rush as I count down to a daily deadline."

While I have encountered many blogs of similar dedication, most have been with fairly uninteresting layouts or overcrowded with information irrelevant to the topic. Some may find either of these more suitable to their tastes, but as for my own, I believe the writer at Wordsmith employs the wiser of the option choices for his site. It is incredibly easy to navigate and find what you want, which are the individual story tidbits.

That VideoGame Blog

This week on Blogographer, from Monday, August 8th to Friday, August 12th, is Gamer Week. The next three posts for the entire week will be focused on blogs that are video game relevant. They will be fairly popular blogs, but my hopes is that I will diversify your source for video game news and information by introducing a blog or two you may not recognize from the list.
Today's blog is That VideoGame Blog, a very nice game blog. While it's not really as well known as the other two blogs are and doesn't have a cult fan following like some blogs, That VideoGame Blog is actually quite nice and deserve the views.

What's so nice about this blog? First off, check out the simple but very useful layout of the blog -- the posts are in vertical order, and are simple titles with a short sentence or two of summary. It's really quite nice to be able to scroll through these posts so easily and find want I am looking for in a gaming blog!
