I am amazed on how they pull of these gadgets, like the mini fridge, its basically a peltier electrical heat exchanger, and while they commonly go for 12 volts, they can be done with 5v, the problem is the amperage and wattage, usb 2.0 provides .5 amp at much, even if you plug onto 2 usb slots (to net 1 amp) i think its a heavy load for the mother board and psu!...BUT SO FREAKING COOL XD
ReplyDeleteOk, I want that rocket laucher:D Looks like a great time-killer
ReplyDeleteYeah, nice gadgets. Gonna check it. :D
ReplyDeleteNice gadgets. Gonna try them.
ReplyDeleteRocketlauncher is my fav haha :)
ReplyDeleteI think they worked more on the isolation than the heat displacement on that fridge. It'll take some time to cool things of, but when it gets cool, it stays cool.
ReplyDeleteAnd 5V, 1A, that's just like 5 watt. two 1 GB sticks or ram drains like 200 watts.
It would just be easier tho to get a real mini-fridge, wouldn't it?
cool review about the blog. sounds interesting!
