Beast Skills

Greetings, blogographers! I bring you something interesting from a part of the internet that I do not feature enough! That particular part is fitness, involving such topics as working out, acrobatics, gymnastics, dieting, and way more than I can list here in just one paragraph comfortably.

The blog I bring you goes by the name of Beast Skills -- and for good reason. The writer, Jim, has been involved in both, "bodyweight skills and weight training for well over a decade now," and is a, "Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)," so he knows what he's talking about.

Don't take my word for it though. He has a whole site over there chock full of pictures, videos, and tons of helpful facts. Here's a sample of some of his useful information from the FAQ:

"I drink whey protein shakes throughout the day. During my workouts, I drink a 2:1 carb to protein shake with waxy maize and whey protein. To that workout shake, I will also add 5-10 grams of creatine. I take varying levels of vitamin A, C, and D, zinc, magesium, multi-vitamin, fish oil, and melatonin."

It can all be found on Beast Skills!

  3. 5-10 grams of creatine? That's a bit of overkill haha, I'd go broke taking that much.

  7. A flow chart is a graphical or symbolic representation of a process. Each step in the process is represented by a different symbol and contains a short description of the process step. The flow chart symbols are linked together with arrows showing the process flow direction.

    Hope this helped :P
